Contact us

Kongcang publishes only one email address, and every message is handled by the editorial team. Whether you want to flag an error, suggest something, or talk about working together, email is the most direct way to reach us.

The only way to reach us

For now we take messages by email only:

To guard against impersonation, Kongcang doesn't publish any social-media accounts on this site. If you come across an account, group or "support" contact elsewhere claiming to be "Kongcang official", don't trust it — and never send it money or hand over your private keys, seed phrase or verification codes. We will never ask for any of those through any channel. This site and the email above are the only things to go by.

How we handle different kinds of messages

Content corrections

This is the kind of message we value most. If you find a factual error, out-of-date data, or wording that's easy to misread in an article, please spell out the specific page link and the exact sentence you think is wrong. A link to the relevant Gate official page or another authoritative source makes it far quicker for us to verify. Once we've checked it, we'll fix it and note what changed in the corrections.

Feedback and topic suggestions

If you think we haven't explained some piece of futures mechanics clearly, or there's a topic you'd like to see that isn't on the site yet (say, a concept that once confused you), let us know. Not every piece of feedback becomes an article, but it all gets read carefully and shapes what we write next.

Partnerships

For partnership enquiries, please say briefly in your email who you are, the kind of collaboration you have in mind, and how it relates to "futures risk education". Two things up front: Kongcang does not accept any promotion that involves calling trades, picking coins or "guaranteed returns"; and we won't soften our risk warnings or invent author credentials for the sake of a deal. Anything that fails those two tests is something we won't do.

About replies

The team is small. We try to read every message, but we can't promise to reply to each one or to answer investment-related questions. Please note: we don't give investment advice, and we won't answer things like "should I open this trade?" or "should I go long or short right now?" — for that, go back to our educational articles, such as risk management, and decide for yourself.

A reminderFutures are a high-risk derivative, leverage amplifies losses, and you can lose your entire principal. Everything on this site is educational and is not investment advice. Whether to take part is your decision, based on what you can afford to lose and in line with the laws and regulations where you live.
